4. SMS communications

If you complete the opt-in form and check the required consent box, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated updates text messages from Seniors Hub SP at the mobile number you provide about informative Medicare promotions, discount information, and related offers.

• Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 per month).
• Seniors Hub SP does not charge a fee for SMS messages; message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-in records

When you submit the form, we may create and retain an opt-in record that can include your name, mobile number, state, consent status, the exact consent language displayed at the time of submission, source URL, timestamp, user-agent information, and, in production systems, IP address. These records are used to operate the program and demonstrate consent where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or form, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with site security or operation, scraping content in an abusive manner, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
